Pour ceux qui n’étaient pas au SIAL, voici la recette des terrines de Carole Bélénus qui étaient offertes en dégustation.
Ingrédients :
- des pimandoux
- 200 g de roquefort
- herbe fraîche
- sel
- poivre
Dans un saladier, écraser le roquefort à l’aide d’une fourchette.
Remplir de roquefort à un tiers le fond de petits moules en forme de cône.
Couper en lamelles les pimandoux.
Remplir l’autre tiers des moules de lamelles de pimandoux.
Remplir le dernier tiers de roquefort.
Placer les préparations au réfrigérateur et démouler au moment de servir.
Couper finement les herbes fraîches, et les parsemer sur les terrines.
Accompagner de pain toasté.
Note : Cette recette peut aussi être réalisée avec du chèvre frais.
