Ingrédients :
- 150 grammes de caramboles confites
- 50 grammes d’anis étoilé
- 1 bâton de cannelle
- 50 cl de rhum blanc agricole
Dans une bouteille en verre à large goulot ou une grande verrine en verre, placer d’abord les caramboles confites, puis ajouter l’anis étoilé et le bâton de cannelle. Verser ensuite le rhum agricole. Bien fermer le récipient, et laisser macérer au moins un mois avant de déguster.
Les jolies étoiles de caramboles rivalisent avec les étoiles d’anis pour sublimer le parfum du rhum agricole, sous l’arbitrage du bâton de cannelle… on décolle…
